What kind of tool is it? (a simple ink ball-point pen, a permanent marker, etc.) And what brand? I’m just an aspiring artist and I just can’t find the best tool to help me in outlining my works. Some ruin my work because they blot ink or they smudge, some get smeared by markers and stuff.
Please help. Thank you!
I use a simple .5-.4mm mechanical pencil. What I’m looking for is an outlining tool that will outline my work PERMANENTLY, like with a black pen.
